Good Morning! Good going Bless. You have this system for your home all down pat! WHOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOO
Today is going to be errand day, once the fog disapates! Now I think IL has moved to San Francisco from the state of Washington with all the wetness...goodness what a strange year weatherwise this has been. Anyhow, back to work.
JDIs for today; Clean out freezer (done this morning) Pack up GW donations and take over Post office (bring mail and cupcakes) Package up Birthday card kits/Working on them Make more tags to go with the birthday cards Finish up the "guy" cards Put items finished with away into craft closet Clean out frig after dinner Put out trash cans

Diana: My list shows I'm not overdoing it or I am? Its hard not to want to vacuum when the crumbs all over are an open invitation to a critter infestation. You are sounding so relaxed and in control of everything!
ann39: condolences on the passing of your DMIL. A big congratulations on 50 yrs! I need to get a card out to DA/DU this week for that as well...
******* All I got done yesterday was find out when the funeral was and make a bunch of cards. Tody is a busy day... But less busy as I'm not babysitting and DD stayed at DGM's last night.
Wed JDI: get off and stay off puter
laundry (2 loads)
pay a couple of bills
make banana bread make muffins make one more sympathy card attend funeral Parent/teacher conference gymnastics
I don't mind the 60 mile round trip to gymnastics. The time is lousy though 6-7. So that means either a real early dinner or a real late one. Today is the last day though. The girls do really well in a regular program. 2x a week gets to be too much though. I drove 100 miles round trip in June and that got to be too much...

Hello everyone, I have missed you lately. My grandmother passed away over the weekend so I have spent sometime with my family.
Of course now I have alot of work to do around the house (I have today off and I don't work until 6 tomorrow night, so I do have some time to try to get some of it done).
Today's JDI List:
- pick up/clean living room - mail cheque - at least 2 loads of laundry (wash, dry, fold and put away) - fold and put away a load of laundry from the other day - clean kitchen

My deepest sympathies, Tina and family. I'm back after a busy, tiring day in the city yesterday. I drove a female friend there and back for her dental appointment. I was able to get a few things done there that I needed done, including beginning the process of getting my DD's costume dress delivered to her.
My JDIs for today -
- finish putting away stuff from yesterday - sweep and clean tile floors - at least the areas that "look" dirty. - laundry - errands - deposit a check at bank, pay off Visa, pay off a bill at one of the lumber yards, get books from library, go visit Mom, pick up prescriptions from pharmacy - sewing baby steps (DD's costume dress may be finished but now I need to get some other projects done) - pull out my "stash" for Samaritan Purse Shoe Box gifts and start putting boxes together. I need to find out what else may be needed. - pay monthly bills (today was "payday" for us) - other tasks TBA as time and energy permit - ETE and PUPA

DD is having a hard time shaking off her cough. She seems to be having another relapse - she had a disturbed night due to it. I kept her home from school today although she wasn't happy about that, but she's sleeping now, so, hopefully, the rest will do her good. I took the day off to stay at home with her, so I can keep an eye on her. I can also get some housework done, as well.
JDI:
- dust: living room/dining area, bedroom, office/crafts/guest room - vacuum: living room/dining area, hallway, 3 bedrooms - paperwork/file - dishes - knit - run to the corner grocery for a few veggies and fruit - make a chicken noodle soup for dinner

Wow, ladies you are doing so much!
Maureen: Could the girl's vacuum for you with a little direction. I use to love to do "big girl " things for mom. Just a thought. That is alot of twisting, etc. for you. Do you have a dust buster?Maybe they can use that.
Yes that is a long trip and understand about dinner. Just discussed a situation we had with the orthodontist and my kids with DS2 and all the time we traveled each week, of course during rush hour, and what a waste of time, as the dentist was a crook and took off with the money we paid him, after a year or so!
Bless: So sorry to hear about your DD being ill again. Chicken soup sounds good. You need the rest also.
Tinytina: So sorry about your dear grandma. Prayers to you and your family.
Ann: How are you doing?
Darlene: You are always so busy going here and there. How is your mom doing? Glad you were able to get the halloween costume finished. Take photos.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I updated my list and added more to it. As I was packaging up the cards, I realized I had some things to do on the male cards, and needed more gift tags. Want it finished already. LOL
Just returned from the errand run and need a little time to rest.
Thanks for your concern Diane. I am getting some more laundry done. My little room is finished now. I need to invest in a turn table for my records. I tried to manage with the one I had in the basement but it really is huge and takes up so much space. I know one can buy much smaller ones now. My little room will be complete then. My son will hook up my speakers to my computer and then I get all my wonderful BBC plays.I also just fixed an extra light over my craft table downstairs and it is going to work well.I am pleased with how things are working. My concern now is bedtime and how Charlie is going to be when he realises daddy is not in bed. Silly isnt it but you know about dogs. Thanks for the prayers Mary and for the congrats Canada Girl. I am sorry for your loss Tiny. Ann 39
I made tags while I was resting! LOL I just have the "guy" cards to finish up tomorrow, and then I can put the items all away. Will do my spiffying after that.
Trash cans out, and most of the list was completed. Can't do it all some days.
