This is soooo moist and EASY! My husband's daughters call it "Dad's favorite cake". LOL

2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
1 cup chopped nuts

Mix all cake ingredients together well. Bake in a well greased and floured 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool thoroughly before adding frosting.

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Whip all frosting ingredients together until smooth and spread on cooled cake. Leave the cake in the pan for best results.

CO,
I had to go back and add baking soda because I left it out when I first put it on here. It is very easy, and very good. You don't have to use a mixer with the cake; just use your spoon to mix it up before baking. You will need a mixer for the frosting.

It's very rich, but very good.
