1 boil in bag rice remove from bag raw
30 baby carrots cut in thirds and fourths
green pepper coarsely chopped
1 small yellow squash sliced
1 med onion coarsely chopped
left over ham - about 1 pint coarsely chopped
1 bottle sweet and sour sauce or duck sauce
add about 6 glasses of water to the pot to be mostly absorbed by the rice. bring to a boil then imediately turn it to simmer covered for about an hour to allow flavors to blend
