Karen, Maybe you should split some of the items for next time if possible with working. Just concerned for you. BBG: I use to hve shades tatwere called darkening shades and they worked very well. One of the big store hardwares should carry those.

I have never chipped my pyrex. They DO shatter if dropped though.
